Football Insider reports that Liverpool have now targeted Juventus centre-back Dean Huijsen as their top choice. Aston Villa is also reportedly interested in the defender.
With the departure of centre-back Joel Matip after his contract ended this summer, Liverpool prioritized adding a new defender. This summer, they have been linked with several centre-backs, including Yoro, Goncalo Inacio, and Marc Guehi.
They now appear ready to pursue the young Juventus defender, who was on loan at Roma last season and made a strong impression with his performances.
