N’Golo Kante is reportedly set to be acquired by West Ham United, a Premier League rival of Chelsea, during the summer transfer window.
Last year, Kante made a free transfer from Stamford Bridge to Al-Ittihad in the Saudi Pro League.
His performances for France in Euro 2024 demonstrate that he remains capable of competing at the highest level.
According to The Guardian, discussions between the Hammers and Kante’s current representatives are ongoing regarding a potential move. Kante’s contract with Al-Ittihad runs until the summer of 2026.
The paper indicates that a transfer for the 33-year-old could be completed for just under £20 million.
