Solari advises Perez to finalize the contract with the Argentine star

Santiago Solari, the former Real Madrid coach now working in the club’s sports department, has recommended to Florentino Perez’s management that they pursue one of Argentina’s top young talents. Real Madrid aims to secure numerous contracts with top players and international stars to ensure the club’s future.

Solari has suggested that Real Madrid should target his fellow Argentine, Franco Mastantuno, as reported by the Spanish newspaper AS. However, AS noted that no negotiations are currently underway for Mastantuno, who is contracted to Argentine club River Plate with a release clause of 41.5 million euros.

Mastantuno, a promising 16-year-old midfielder, has a contract with River Plate running until December 2026. His market value is approximately 10 million euros, based on estimates from Transfer Market. Additionally, the player has attracted interest from Paris Saint-Germain.
