Lothar Matthaus, a renowned German football figure, has revealed the types of players Flick admires and might want to bring to Camp Nou, though he notes that financial limitations could pose a challenge.
Matthaus indicated that Flick would be interested in players like Florian Wirtz and Jamal Musiala for Barcelona, but acknowledges that the club’s budget constraints make these additions unlikely.
“He has a strong affinity for Spain, having spent many summers there with his family. I’m happy for him, especially after his struggles with Bayern Munich and the German national team,” Matthaus said.
