Mbappe sends message to Real Madrid player who hit him hard after his goal vs Atalanta: “I want you to do it again

Kylian Mbappé netted his first goal for Real Madrid during their 2-0 victory over Atalanta in the European Super Cup final, securing the title for the team.

Post-match, Mbappé expressed: “It was an incredible night. I’ve been eagerly anticipating this chance to play in this jersey, with this badge, for this club. It’s a significant moment for me. And winning the title is crucial because in Madrid, winning is always expected.”

He added: “I’m very pleased, and scoring the goal is important for me as a forward. However, the main thing is enjoying playing with this team, which I’ve been excited about. It’s a fantastic day.”

Regarding his goal-scoring ambitions for the season, he remarked: “We are Real Madrid, and we set no limits. If there’s a chance to score 50 goals, then I aim to do so. The key is to win and improve as a team, which will lead to success.”

Following his goal, Mbappé was playfully tackled by his teammate Antonio Rudiger, and he commented: “I hope he does that many times, and I’ll keep scoring goals.”
