Today, reports have emerged that Barcelona has completed its first winter transfer to bolster the squad of the Catalan club’s senior team. Barcelona aims to enhance its squad effectively, continuing the strong performance seen this season after four rounds of the Spanish top flight.
The team has maintained a perfect record so far, securing 12 points from their four matches in the Spanish Premier League. According to Spanish newspaper Sport, Barcelona plans to sign Malian player Ibrahim Diarra in January, during the upcoming winter transfer window, once he turns eighteen.
Diarra, who impressed during his trial with Barcelona last January, will join the club following FIFA regulations that mandate players must be eighteen before signing.
