Losing him would be painful. He still has a year left, and it’s a tough decision. He always puts in his best effort. After the match at Old Trafford, Salah suggested that it might have been his final appearance at the famous stadium, telling Sky Sports, as noted by the Daily Mail, “I thought before the game that this might be my last time at Old Trafford. No one has talked to me about a new contract. It’s not up to me; it’s up to the club. We’ll see what happens.” Salah conveyed his desire to focus on enjoying his last year at Liverpool without being distracted by contract discussions, adding, “It’s my final year here, and I want to enjoy it without too much focus on the contract.
