Liverpool is reportedly keeping an eye on three Bayer Leverkusen players as potential transfer targets: Florian Wirtz, Jeremie Frimpong, and Exequiel Palacios.
Sources have informed CaughtOffside that Liverpool’s interest in Wirtz is increasing. He is open to a move to the Premier League, although Bayern Munich and Real Madrid are also considering him.
Wirtz could cost around €100m, with a transfer likely in the summer of 2025, as Leverkusen will face interest from top European clubs.
Liverpool is also looking at Frimpong, whose £34m release clause makes him an appealing target. The Reds may pursue him if Trent Alexander-Arnold, who is in the last year of his contract, leaves. Manchester United is also interested in the Dutch right-back.
Palacios is another player on Liverpool’s radar, but his €60m asking price and injury issues could pose challenges. Chelsea and Arsenal are also said to be interested in the midfielder.
