BREAKING NEWS: Coming Live from Fabrizio Romano, Real Madrid star Rodrygo breaks silence on his transfer to Liverpool

Liverpool is reportedly considering a move for Real Madrid forward Rodrygo as they prepare for the potential departure of Mohamed Salah, whose contract at Anfield is set to expire, creating uncertainty about his future.

In response, Liverpool is exploring options to fill Salah’s role, with Rodrygo emerging as a candidate. According to TBR Football, the Brazilian is aware of Liverpool’s interest but is not inclined to leave Real Madrid as long as he remains integral to their plans at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Prior to the current season, there were rumors that Rodrygo might lose his starting position due to the expected arrival of Kylian Mbappe and the emergence of young talent Arda Guler. Nevertheless, Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has consistently shown faith in Rodrygo, starting him in five of the club’s seven La Liga matches this season.

Liverpool’s interest in Rodrygo is longstanding; they reportedly inquired about him during the summer transfer window. The club also expressed interest in his teammate Aurelien Tchouameni, but Real Madrid made it clear that neither player was available for transfer.

While Rodrygo appreciates Liverpool’s interest, he is not keen to leave unless Real Madrid indicates he is no longer part of their future. He is viewed as a vital player for Los Blancos, known for his versatility across the forward line, and has been an essential contributor to the team’s recent successes.

Given his current position at Real Madrid and reluctance to move, Liverpool may need to consider other options to bolster their attack unless the situation changes regarding Rodrygo. For now, he appears satisfied at the Bernabeu, where he plays a crucial role.
