Raphinha has shared his experience under Xavi Hernandez at Barcelona, admitting that his time with the coach wasn’t always smooth but expressing gratitude for the trust Xavi showed in him. The Brazilian winger faced difficulties with maintaining consistent form and earning regular playing time, but Xavi continued to support him, reassuring him that he was relying on him despite rumors surrounding a potential departure last season.

Raphinha recognized Xavi’s crucial influence on his ongoing presence at the club, stating, “If he hadn’t been the coach of Barcelona, I wouldn’t wear this shirt that I’ve always dreamed of wearing.” He further added that Xavi believed his persistence would eventually make him a key player for the club.

Meanwhile, Gavi has resumed training and will be available for Barcelona’s upcoming match against Sevilla.
