Liverpool is reportedly keen on acquiring a Premier League winger this summer.

However, Newcastle has firmly stated that the 23-year-old is not for sale and plans to extend his current contract, which has two years remaining, until 2029.
Newcastle’s firm position is justified by Gordon’s notable performance last season, with 12 goals and 11 assists, and positive remarks from teammate Bruno Guimaraes.
Despite Liverpool’s interest, Newcastle is unwilling to sell to a Premier League competitor.
Liverpool’s continued pursuit of Gordon highlights their serious interest from Anfield officials, even though they have players like Diogo Jota, Luis Diaz, and Cody Gakpo for the left wing.
Gordon might be considered a right-sided option to Mo Salah due to his experience on that flank.
