Manchester United has activated a release agreement worth £80 million in order in order to entice an outstanding player from Barcelona to Old Trafford.

Meanwhile, Arsenal eyes Torino’s Antonio Sanabria for £21.6 million and Galatasaray’s Sacha Boey for €17 million, though the Turkish club values Boey at around €25 million.

Tottenham eyes Galatasaray’s Victor Nelsson, while Manuel Ugarte’s move to Paris Saint-Germain for €60 million is set.
