A surprising decision from Aymeric Laporte about joining Real Madrid this summer

Real Madrid’s management is currently targeting several new players across various positions this summer, in alignment with coach Carlo Ancelotti’s plans. Ancelotti aims to strengthen the defense following the departure of veteran Spanish defender Nacho Hernandez to Al-Qadisiyah Club in Saudi Arabia.

Spanish defender Aymeric Laporte, who currently plays for Al-Nasr Club in Saudi Arabia, has attracted the interest of Real Madrid. Reports from the Spanish site “todofichajes” indicate that Laporte is eager to leave Al-Nasr this summer. To facilitate a transfer, Laporte is willing to sacrifice part of his earnings and accept a lower salary at Real Madrid compared to what he currently earns at Al-Nasr. He and his representatives are working on a strategy to move back to Europe with Real Madrid, potentially agreeing to forgo his remaining salary or accept a minimal transfer fee to facilitate the move.
