Real Madrid President Plots Deadline Signing To Avoid Repeating Yoro’s Mistake. According To Reports, Claim Has Been Made That Real Madrid Are Prepared To Move In For Bayern Munich Full-Back Alphonso Davies. It Is Believed That Los Blancos Are Ready To Make A €35m Move To Sign The Canada International This Summer. Davies It’s Either NOW Or NEVER

El Debate has reported that Real Madrid is considering making a move for Alphonso Davies, the skilled full-back currently with Bayern Munich. The Canadian international might be close to joining Los Blancos either for a transfer fee of €35 million this summer or, alternatively, Real Madrid could wait until the end of next season to sign him on a free transfer.

Davies has recently had an outstanding season with Bayern Munich, particularly shining on the left side. Last season, he featured in 42 matches for the Bavarian club, scoring three goals and providing six assists. His Bundesliga performance was notable, with averages of 1.6 tackles, 0.9 interceptions, 1.3 clearances, 1.3 key passes, and 2.4 dribbles per 90 minutes. His passing accuracy in Germany’s top league was impressive, standing at 88.9%.

Davies’ contract with Bayern Munich is set to end at the close of the upcoming season, giving Real Madrid a decision: either secure him this summer for a lower price or wait until next year to sign him without a transfer fee. Davies is recognized for his crucial interceptions, his tackling ability, and his proficiency in clearing the ball when needed. He also has the talent to generate key scoring opportunities for his teammates.

Beyond his defensive capabilities, Davies is known for his speed and ball-handling skills, which make him a significant threat on the left flank. Although he primarily plays as a left-back, he is adaptable enough to function as a left-sided wide player when required.

Adding Davies to the squad would bolster Real Madrid’s defensive options under head coach Carlo Ancelotti. At just 23 years old, Davies is viewed as a player with a promising future, and his addition could greatly enhance Real Madrid’s prospects in competing for major titles in the years ahead. Therefore, Ancelotti should prioritize acquiring Davies soon to leverage his potential and immediate impact.
